Yoga: Postures to awaken benefits

Yoga postures or asanas seek to awaken our body, our mind and our spirit. The benefits of yoga postures are multiple, but you can also boost them with some tips, and doing the right postures.

It is recommended to do yoga first thing in the morning to start the day with energy. Know some of the basic postures of yoga and its benefits, which you can practice from home:

Matsyasana or fish posture:
It opens the rib cage, which positively influences our mood.

Bhujangasana or posture of the snake:
This posture, which is based on a backward flexion, reinforces the entire spine. It also stimulates the nervous system, while pressing the abdominal area, which stimulates the internal organs.

Halasana or plow stance:
Stretches the entire back of the back. It gives a lot of flexibility to the spine and neck.

Ardha - Matsyendrasana or torsion:
It revitalizes all the ligaments of the vertebrae and stimulates the nervous system.

Tree stance:
It seeks to balance the body and mind.
